It's obviously unhealthy if you have too much body fat, but even having too little body fat is unhealthy. And too much body fat is a direct invitation for diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and certain cancers. Being overweight also makes you prone to emotional set backs like depression and low confidence.
Though it is not easy to lose weight but then there is no alternative. One should lose weight to live healthy. By losing weight you can reduce the risk of these diseases.
There are many weight loss programs that can help lose weight.
By losing weight, you not only become healthy but more active as well. You could be influenced by one of your friends who have tried some weight loss program, or maybe you've seen or heard a commercial for promising easy fast weight loss. But losing weight doesn't mean that you end up taking improper diets. The more physically active you are the more calories you burn, further losing weight naturally.
